Refund Policy

At Ku Hura, we believe in the value and quality of our slow fashion clothing. Our Refund Policy reflects our commitment to sustainability, ethical production, and reducing waste.
 

  1. Final Sale:  All products sold by Ku Hura are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

  2. Defective Products:  If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to exchange the item for a new one or provide a full refund.

  3. Error:  If there is an error in your order, such as a wrong size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the error and, if necessary, provide a full refund or exchange.

  4. Damages During Shipping:  If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, provide a full refund or exchange.

  5. No Refunds:  We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason not listed above.
